At Sehgal Driving School, we highly value your commitment to our services. In order to ensure seamless operations and equitable treatment for all our clients, we have formulated the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please promptly notify our office or your designated instructor of any changes. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in incurring a cancellation fee.

Pre-paid Lessons:
For clients who have pre-paid for lessons, please be aware that Sehgal Driving School reserves the right to deduct the full lesson amount from your pre-paid package in the event of a cancellation.

Non-refundable Items:
Please note that pre-pay package deals and driving tests are non-refundable. Furthermore, all package deals expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Late Arrivals and No Shows:
In the event of a late arrival for a lesson, the instructor can only offer the remaining lesson time at full cost if there are no subsequent bookings. Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in the full payment being required by Sehgal Driving School.

Incorrect Test Bookings:
If you independently book a test with the Department of Transport and provide incorrect date, time, or testing center information to our booking office, you will be responsible for the full cost of the test. No refund will be issued in such instances.

Test Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel a test with 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the payment will be deemed non-refundable to cover administrative expenses.

Transfer of Lessons:
Lessons registered under your name cannot be transferred or sold to another individual, except for package deals, which may be shared among family members exclusively.

Refunds:
Approved refunds, sanctioned by the office manager, will be reimbursed in the original form of payment (e.g., credit card or cash). Please be advised that the refund process may take up to 30 days to complete.

Fair Evaluation:
All circumstances will be individually assessed, with final decisions made by the office manager. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
