1. Definitions

“School” refers to Sehgal Driving School.
“Learner”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual receiving driving lessons.
“Instructor” means a driving instructor engaged by the School.
“Services” means driving instruction and related training services.

2. Eligibility & Licence Requirements

You must hold a valid and current Learner’s Driving Licence issued by the
appropriate Motor Vehicle Authority. You confirm that all licence details
provided are accurate and lawful.

3. Driving Lesson Services

The School provides practical driving instruction for learner drivers in
accordance with applicable traffic laws and safety standards.

4. Learner Obligations

• Attend lessons on time
• Follow instructor instructions at all times
• Drive responsibly and lawfully
• Not use mobile phones while driving
• Not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Behave respectfully towards instructors

5. Bookings

Lessons must be booked in advance through the School’s approved booking
methods. Booking confirmation is subject to availability.

6. Fees & Payments

• Fees are communicated before booking confirmation
• Payment must be made prior to or at the time of the lesson
• Completed lessons are non-refundable

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
a lesson.

• Late cancellations may be charged the full lesson fee
• No-shows are non-refundable
• School-initiated cancellations will be rescheduled or credited

8. Instructors & Vehicles

Lessons are conducted using instructor-provided vehicles unless otherwise
agreed. The School may change instructors or vehicles at its discretion.

9. Insurance

Instructor vehicles are insured as required under applicable law for driving
instruction purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the School is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

11. Suspension & Termination

The School may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• Your learner licence becomes invalid
• You breach these Terms
• Your behaviour poses a safety risk

12. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints

Any complaints should be raised directly with the School so they can be
addressed promptly and fairly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the relevant state
shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
